The pastry ranges are the expression of the most modern refrigeration technologies, which make this equipment indispensable for all professional pastry and gelato laboratories. The electronic control panel allows you to constantly control the temperature, thus guaranteeing perfect preservation of all your pastry products. Indirect ventilation ("gentle" or "soft" airflow) ensures that storage does not compromise the characteristics of the product in any way, even after a few days. Powerful and high-performance refrigeration systems allow quick recovery the temperature inside the cabinet after each door opening, which guarantees always perfect storage.

Stainless steel worktops, central or backed with 100 mm backsplash, are reinforced and made of 15/10 sheet metal, with rounded edge on the side service.Each door is supplied with 7 pairs of slides with a pitch of 75 mm.

Refrigerated pastry towers and freezers have been designed to accommodate 600x400 trays, they are the ideal solution for pastry and bakery laboratories. Built entirely in AISI304 18/10 stainless steel, the pastry towers have rounded corners to facilitate cleaning and guarantee maximum hygiene.

They are equipped with a rear control panel, electronic defrosting and a automatic condensate removal device. Available with refrigerated unit or remote with thermostatic tap, in positive and negative version.
